What you will do

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of ASIC and FPGA engineers.
• Drive strategic technical direction and ensure alignment with product roadmaps.
• Handle planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for complex development cycles.
• Lead organizational and methodology advancements to maintain cutting-edge design capabilities.
• Represent the ASIC team in cross-functional project steering groups.
• Collaborate with Technology departments and external IP partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading ASIC development teams.
• Strong background in complex SoC or high-performance digital designs.
• Track record of guiding projects from concept to silicon.
• Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative engineering environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and strategic vision.
