What you will do

• Carry out in-process reagent qualification and optimization testing, including analysis and documentation.
• Run laboratory tasks using specialized molecular biology equipment (qPCR instruments and/or NGS sequencers).
• Perform manufacturing facility tasks related to HLA typing reagent production.
• Execute regular process activities such as inventory checks and incoming controls.
• Handle additional assigned laboratory and product line duties.

Requirements

• Experience working in a quality-controlled environment.
• 1–3 years of relevant laboratory or production experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Experience in a lab/production environment specifically within molecular biology.
• Excellent English; Swedish knowledge is preferable.
• Advantageous: experience with qPCR and/or NGS, HLA background, and work in controlled/quality-regulated environments (e.g., GMP).
