What you will do

• Perform daily reconciliation of client custody accounts.
• Liaise with brokers, custodians, and internal dealers to resolve trading discrepancies.
• Manage settlement of client trades, including unmatched and failing trades.
• Coordinate with IT and Corporate Action teams to progress outstanding issues.
• Ensure accurate Client Money reporting in collaboration with Cash Operations.
• Maintain process documentation and procedures within the finance department.

Requirements

• Proven track record in cash and asset reconciliation.
• Solid knowledge of MS Excel.
• Familiarity with financial markets.
• Background in financial operations, preferably within a brokerage, custody, or settlement environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
