What you will do

• Lead day-to-day payment operations and act as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
• Monitor payment flows and ensure timely and accurate execution of high-priority and critical transactions.
• Manage workload distribution, SLA compliance, and operational coordination within the team.
• Analyze payment routes and coordinate with banks and payment providers to resolve operational issues.
• Perform regular reconciliations across payment systems, accounting records, and merchant reports.
• Drive process improvements through automation, workflow optimization, and knowledge base maintenance.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading payment, treasury, or financial operations teams.
• Strong understanding of payment operations, banking processes, and operational risk management.
• Experience managing operational KPIs, reporting, and service quality standards.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems (e.g., 1C) and reporting tools like Tableau.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills with a hands-on approach to execution.
