What you will do

• Perform daily reconciliation between platform transactions and provider/acquirer statements.
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies and unmatched records.
• Monitor merchant and acquirer balances, fees, and settlements.
• Review provider statement formats and coordinate parser updates with the IT team.
• Validate automated reconciliation results before final approval.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in reconciliation and payment operations within the fintech industry.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to identify financial discrepancies and understand their root causes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
• Proficiency in English and Russian languages.
