What you will do

• Monitor IRB and IFRS9 risk models to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with the internal Model Validation Unit throughout the model lifecycle.
• Draft comprehensive model documentation and technical reports.
• Lead the development and monitoring of IRB/IFRS9 models for senior roles.
• Shape global model methodology and translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Participate in the design and implementation of internal tools for model development.

Requirements

• MSc in mathematics, econometrics, statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
• English level: C1 required.
• Strong knowledge of statistical inference, econometric methods, and statistical programming.
• Proven experience in IRB/IFRS9 model development or monitoring (required for Senior/Expert levels).
• Ability to identify structural problems and deliver high-quality results under KPIs.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as FRM, PRM, or CFA.
• Experience acting as a sparring partner or advisor to senior management.
• Familiarity with software development best practices including version control and testing.
