What you will do

• Analyze and monitor market risk at the ING Group level.
• Implement regulatory requirements for Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB).
• Manage models and tools used for measuring and monitoring interest rate risk.
• Execute stress tests and ensure proper life cycle management of risk metrics.
• Provide expert support and advisory to senior managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience in the financial sector, preferably within banking.
• Academic degree in economics, econometrics, applied mathematics, or finance.
• Knowledge of Asset and Liability Management (ALM) and IRRBB regulatory developments.
• Sound understanding of risk management and financial products.
• English: C1 (Excellent) verbal and writing skills are required.
• Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.
