What you will do

• Interpret and implement artist recording agreements into the royalty system.
• Manage new release setups and coordinate with internal departments.
• Prepare and check six-monthly royalty statements with high attention to detail.
• Apply recoupable costs to artist accounts where relevant.
• Ensure all payments are processed accurately and by contractual deadlines.
• Communicate directly with artists and representatives to resolve royalty-related queries.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
• Educated to a minimum A-level standard with strong academic grades.
• Highly organized with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
