What you will do

• Lead corporate tax compliance and advisory across business segments including VAT and transfer pricing.
• Manage tax reporting, including UK and overseas tax packs and deferred tax analysis.
• Coordinate tax aspects of group projects such as restructuring and transfer pricing transformation.
• Provide employer tax advice related to internationally mobile employees and employment tax compliance.
• Review contracts and legal documentation for tax implications.
• Coordinate work with external advisers and manage tax budgeting.

Requirements

• Location: Based in London, United Kingdom
• CTA qualified or equivalent with strong knowledge of VAT, corporate tax, and transfer pricing.
• Experience with cross-border and international tax transactions.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver accurate work within tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• ADIT qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with tax calculation software and ERP systems like Unit 4 or SAP.
• Previous experience managing a team of tax professionals.
• Experience in employment tax and top 10 accounting firm background.
