What you will do

• Determine interface and usability requirements aligned with project specifications.
• Ensure high-quality visual execution and consistency across all UI elements.
• Coordinate with UX, game design, art, and production departments for seamless integration.
• Monitor deliverables, ensure compliance with standards, and meet project deadlines.
• Motivate, supervise, and coach the UI team through continuous feedback.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners regarding UI matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the video game industry.
• Proven experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Strong command of UI/UX principles for mobile gaming.
• Proficiency with Unreal Engine and its UI integration tools.
• Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
• Must be a resident of Quebec for remote work eligibility.
