What you will do
- Design conversational speech systems and automated interactions across voice, chat, SMS, and email.
- Lead requirement gathering, ideation workshops, and client design sessions.
- Contribute to enterprise customer engagement strategies from a design and behavioral perspective.
- Analyze interaction data to identify automation opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and QA testers to validate design objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create client-facing deliverables focused on conversational interaction and experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.
- 3+ years of experience in design or business analysis.
- Proven customer-facing consulting experience.
- Proficiency with design and process mapping tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or Draw.io.
- Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and present deliverables to stakeholders.
- Experience analyzing data to identify user behaviors and inform design decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience building voice user interfaces (VUI) or advanced IVR systems.
- Knowledge of Amazon Lex, Google DialogFlow, or similar conversational platforms.
- Familiarity with generative AI (LLM) systems and prompt writing.
- Experience designing solutions integrated with CRM or Case Management systems.
