What you will do

• Define and scale a cohesive brand identity across web, campaigns, and product surfaces to support the next phase of growth.
• Design elegant, responsive web experiences and digital campaigns in collaboration with product and marketing teams.
• Bridge the gap between brand expression and product UI to ensure a consistent and inspiring user experience.
• Translate high-level brand strategy into visual executions while collaborating with an external creative agency.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate using sketches, motion studies, and data-driven feedback.
• Maintain a high bar for visual quality and brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand, motion, visual, or marketing design, ideally within AI or creative tech companies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web, digital, and brand systems that balance craft and storytelling.
• Experience creating scalable design systems and reusable components across various platforms.
• Expert proficiency in Figma for system design and cross-functional collaboration.
• Technical fluency in AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to rapidly build landing pages and interactive prototypes.
• Ability to leverage A/B testing and performance data to guide design decisions.
