UX Designer (Healthtech)

TL;DR

UX Designer (Healthtech): Improving the usability of a healthcare platform to enable care professionals to make better informed decisions with an accent on user research and prototyping. Focus on refining user personas, mapping journeys, and championing UX best practices in a complex environment.

Location: Remote (Canada). Occasional travel to Mississauga or Salt Lake City for onboarding and team events is required.

Salary: $39.98 - $44.42 CAD per hour

What you will do

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
• Create high-fidelity mockups to articulate design and functionality.

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to improve platform usability.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Expert level of professional UX design experience.
• Degree in UX Design, IT, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, DoveTail, Adobe, and Protopie.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Strong eye for visual design and flawless attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for technical discussions with engineers.
