What you will do

• Act as the primary operational contact for real estate clients, managing daily requests and issue resolution.
• Review Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and associated financial reporting for funds.
• Oversee investor capital activities, annual financial audits, and other statutory reporting requirements.
• Apply fund documentation terms to financial reporting and income/expense allocations.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians to ensure timely service delivery.
• Manage work allocation and team utilization, ensuring appropriate cross-training and coverage.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance/Accounting or a professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in fund administration, audit, or accounting within real estate funds or property management.
• Proven experience managing and leading staff.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and Singapore GAAP.
• Strong expertise in group consolidations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with Yardi accounting software.
