Senior Accountant

What you will do

• Manage month-end closing and ensure accounting integrity for multiple legal entities in Malaysia and Indonesia.
• Prepare full financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss reports.
• Handle statutory reporting and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Liaise with HQ finance in Montreal and tax agents to ensure regulatory compliance and prepare tax packages.
• Develop cashflow forecasts and interface with local banks and the HQ Treasury team.
• Support the Finance Manager in budget preparation and forecasting exercises.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, Ihirify.globalW, CIMA, CPA, MIA or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience working within multinational organizations and multi-country environments.
• Up-to-date knowledge of MFRS and IFRS accounting standards.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud.
