Salary: $156,200–$190,800 annually.

What you will do

• Own and execute the product roadmap for onboarding, login, and authentication experiences.
• Design and launch member-centric capabilities like digital card issuance and wallet integrations.
• Partner with leadership to translate strategic vision into prioritized backlogs and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing, technology, and vendor partners to ensure consistent delivery.
• Define KPIs and leverage data to improve activation rates and early lifecycle engagement.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from research and ideation to launch and optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of experience in product management or platform-based roles.
• Must be located in WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, or TX.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
• Strong understanding of product strategy based on customer feedback.
