What you will do

• Lead and project-manage high-priority strategic initiatives, including new product launches, growth programmes, and business transformation workstreams.
• Perform rigorous analysis to support decisions (market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and business case development) and translate strategy into plans with milestones and accountability.
• Partner with sales leadership to design and drive sales acceleration programmes, including go-to-market strategy, pipeline analytics, and client coverage optimisation.
• Build and maintain performance frameworks and dashboards to track commercial KPIs and identify opportunities.
• Act as the key interface between product, technology, and the business to align roadmap priorities to commercial objectives and manage dependencies.
• Prepare executive materials for ExCo, Board, and CEO-level audiences and coordinate the annual/quarterly planning cycle with leadership support.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience, ideally with a strong foundation in strategy consulting (Manager or equivalent level at a top-tier firm).
• Meaningful exposure to capital markets, financial services, or a closely adjacent sector (via consulting or direct industry experience).
• Proven track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-structuring skills, including building business cases, financial models, and executive presentations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to distil complex information for senior audiences.
• Ability to operate credibly with senior stakeholders and prioritise effectively as a self-starter.
