What you will do

• Plan and deliver research to support the development of new and existing products.

• Champion the customer perspective throughout the propositional roadmap.
• Deliver ad-hoc research projects outside of standard propositional work.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering propositional insight in either a client-side or agency-side role.
• Strong proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in sequence effectively.
• Skill in simplifying complex data into shareable, impactful insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
