What you will do
- Plan and deliver research to support the development of new and existing products.
- Manage multiple research projects and coordinate with external agencies.
- Analyze customer and adviser data to provide actionable, holistic insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive customer-centered improvements.
- Champion the customer perspective throughout the propositional roadmap.
- Deliver ad-hoc research projects outside of standard propositional work.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering propositional insight in either a client-side or agency-side role.
- Strong proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in sequence effectively.
- Skill in simplifying complex data into shareable, impactful insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
