What you will do

• Deliver research to test communications across digital and proposition teams.
• Conduct holistic communication insight research for both customer and adviser audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate findings and drive customer-centered improvements.
• Champion the customer perspective throughout the communication development lifecycle.
• Manage ad-hoc projects outside of standard communication work.
• Share knowledge and best practices with insight colleagues to foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering communication insight, either client or agency side.
• Understanding of consumer duty regulations.
• Experience in scoping, scheduling, and executing research projects.
• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research design.
• Ability to simplify complex data into impactful, shareable insights.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder influence skills.
