What you will do

• Analyze and optimize the GTM technology stack across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Drive Salesforce optimization initiatives to improve seller productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor tool adoption and usage trends, building dashboards to measure effectiveness and impact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Develop reporting on GTM tooling performance and translate data into actionable leadership insights.
• Maintain documentation for tooling processes, workflows, and operational standards.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or Business Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and GTM technology ecosystems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and solve complex problems.
• Proficiency in building dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
