What you will do

• Lead end-to-end test transfer projects from initial planning through qualification to production release.
• Coordinate the transfer of test programs, hardware, and methodologies between global manufacturing sites.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with R&D, Test Development, Product Engineering, and Operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor qualification activities including correlation, GR&R, yield validation, and reliability requirements.
• Manage engineering change requests and ensure documentation control throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, or Physics.
• 5–8 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering, NPI, industrialization, or project management.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor backend processes, ATE, and qualification flows.
• Proven experience managing test transfer or NPI projects in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience in cross-site or global project coordination.
