What you will do

• Lead and maintain global Health & Safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and duty of care obligations across global locations.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness initiatives, including fire drills, evacuation planning, and first aid programs.
• Develop and deliver global health and safety training strategies and awareness campaigns.
• Partner with People, Facilities, and Security teams to support employee wellbeing and ergonomic assessments.
• Manage relationships with external occupational health, prevention, and emergency preparedness vendors.

Requirements

• University Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention required.
• 4+ years of experience in Health & Safety, EHS, or related operational roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Experience supporting workplace safety programs in multi-site or global organizations.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations, emergency preparedness, and compliance practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 45001 or similar occupational health and safety management frameworks.
• Experience with incident management, compliance systems, or HR platforms.
• Additional languages.
