What you will do

• Drive value realization for enterprise customers by resolving complex adoption and churn risks.
• Provide in-depth technical advisory and hands-on assistance for product configuration and setup.
• Develop technical runbooks and documentation to streamline customer operations.
• Enable end-users to effectively leverage the platform to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Service teams to provide actionable feedback based on engagement insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in networking, security, operations, or systems management.
• Proven expertise in endpoint security, incident response, or systems troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence strategic customers.
• Ability to work autonomously on complex, poorly documented technical problems.
• Must be based in or able to work from Paris, France.

Nice to have

• Extensive hands-on experience with the hirify.global platform.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
