Salary: $250,000–$310,000

• Drive system design decisions regarding data modeling, performance, and reliability.
• Build and maintain performant, observable, and secure infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Collaborate with product designers and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Identify and resolve scaling bottlenecks in production systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Must be based in New York or San Francisco and able to work onsite 5 days a week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical collaboration.
• Deep understanding of developer experience as a craft.
• Experience building scalable, resilient production systems.
