What you will do

• Design, develop, and unit test robust, large-scale distributed applications.
• Create secure, scalable, and highly available software features.
• Collaborate with product management and QA to deliver efficient functionality.
• Take ownership of feature design and development throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and coach team members while participating in code and feature reviews.
• Write technical documentation for new modules and product implementations.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of professional software development experience.
• Expert knowledge of Java and object-oriented design patterns.
• Experience building RESTful applications with Spring Boot on AWS or Azure.
• Strong background in software design and unit/integration testing using JUnit.
• Experience with relational databases and NoSQL systems like Cassandra.
• Proficiency with messaging technologies such as Kafka and JMS.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Domain expertise in Navis N4 TOS.
