What you will do

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers facing issues to improve product adoption and retain business.
  • Manage the transition process from Sales to Implementation, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Handle de-escalation of complaints, contract amendments, and billing modifications.
  • Analyze customer behavior and churn trends to adapt retention strategies.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce workflows for escalation ticketing.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Onboarding teams to mitigate risks and facilitate timely decisions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer retention.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (reporting, dashboards).
  • Strong ability to handle complex situations and make unbiased decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
