What you will do
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers facing issues to improve product adoption and retain business.
- Manage the transition process from Sales to Implementation, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Handle de-escalation of complaints, contract amendments, and billing modifications.
- Analyze customer behavior and churn trends to adapt retention strategies.
- Maintain and update Salesforce workflows for escalation ticketing.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Onboarding teams to mitigate risks and facilitate timely decisions.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 1-2 years of experience in customer retention.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (reporting, dashboards).
- Strong ability to handle complex situations and make unbiased decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
