What you will do

• Handle live, pre-screened inbound calls to sell health insurance plans and products.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to revisit their Medicare options.
• Guide consumers through the plan selection and application process.
• Maintain subject matter expertise in insurance product offerings.
• Ensure compliance with Federal CMS and State legal requirements.
• Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for sales floor improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to downtown Chicago (Willis Tower).
• Must be able to successfully complete all insurance licensing and legal background requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficiency with the ability to manage multiple screens.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
