SVP Divisional Sales Manager (Fintech): Overseeing sales operations across the Western division with an accent on driving gross and NNCF goals for mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative offerings. Focus on leading high-performing teams, developing strategic advisor relationships, and executing sales strategies across RIA and broker-dealer channels.

Location: Must reside within the Western region (Los Angeles, CA) and be able to travel ~80% of the time.

Salary: $175,000 USD base + commission and incentives.

What you will do

  • Attract, retain, and develop Senior Regional Directors to ensure execution of intermediary channel goals.
  • Drive sales growth for mutual funds, SMAs, ETFs, and alternative offerings across RIAs and broker-dealers.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with management teams and Centers of Influence at client partner firms.
  • Analyze team performance to identify top performers and address sales shortfalls.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to senior sales leadership.
  • Manage divisional spending and budget to achieve ROI objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of wholesaling experience required.
  • 5+ years of divisional sales management experience strongly desired.
  • Active Series 7, 66, and 24 licenses required.
  • Must reside within the managed region and be available for ~80% travel.
  • Proven history of leadership and deep understanding of capital markets and financial products.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
