What you will do

• Drive strategic sales and territory management for Wirehouse-affiliated Financial Advisors.
• Proactively generate new advisor relationships and deepen existing partnerships to maximize Net New Assets (NNA).
• Partner with FAs to shift practices toward fee-based, advisory models and streamline platform transitions.
• Deliver high-impact presentations on investment philosophy at regional conferences and branch sessions.
• Coordinate with internal product specialists and client relationship teams to support complex advisor needs.
• Own territory P&L by increasing revenue and AUM through strategic placement of investment suites.

Requirements

• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses required (SIE and Series 7 must be obtained within 12 weeks of hire).
• Proven network and established Wirehouse relationships (Merrill, MS, UBS, Wells) in the Carolinas and surrounding states.
• Extensive track record in Financial Services, specifically within External Wholesaling or Sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; strong knowledge of investments, capital markets, and asset allocation theory.
• Not eligible for Immigration Sponsorship.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or CIMA designation to match the technical sophistication of the firm.
• Existing network of high-production, fee-based FAs who prioritize fiduciary-aligned portfolio construction.
