TL;DR

What you will do

  • Conduct user research and usability analysis to understand needs and behaviors.
  • Design user journeys, flows, wireframes, and information architecture focused on usability.
  • Create low- and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to support product development.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to translate insights into solutions.
  • Apply design thinking across the UX lifecycle and iterate designs based on feedback and data.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in UX design roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
  • Experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Knowledge of usability testing and user research techniques.
  • Completed higher education degree.
  • Updated portfolio demonstrating UX projects and case studies.

Nice to have

  • Experience in UI design and design systems.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Hotjar and Maze (or similar analytics/research platforms).
