What you will do

• Define and evolve the UX vision and strategy aligned with Clinical Solutions business goals.
• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of UX designers and researchers.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to integrate AI-driven experiences responsibly.
• Establish modern UX practices including continuous discovery, iterative delivery, and outcome-based measurement.
• Drive the adoption of design systems and consistent interaction patterns across products.
• Champion inclusive design and accessibility standards throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX design, including 2+ years in people leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful, user-centered digital products.
• Experience working in complex, regulated, or data-rich environments like healthcare or education.
• Experience leading UX strategy for AI-enabled features and designing trustworthy AI interactions.
• Deep understanding of modern UX methodologies, design systems, and scalable frameworks.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
