Salary: $125,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Assess Partner environments to ensure strict alignment with Falcon Complete security standards.
• Conduct regular reviews with Partners to provide actionable recommendations for improving security posture.
• Coordinate internal technical resources to ensure timely resolution of security and technical issues.
• Develop and execute 'go-to-green' plans for Partners drifting from successful security experiences.
• Train and coach new Partners on best practices and operational standards.
• Create and deliver specialized security content to assigned Partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 7+ years of experience in a cybersecurity-focused role.
• 5+ years of experience as a security advisor or consultant.
• Proven experience working with large, complex MSP/MSSP clients.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of threat detection, incident response, and frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and MITRE ATT&CK.

Nice to have

• Leadership experience in Incident Management and CSIRT operations.
• Experience with SIEM, UEBA, MDR/XDR, and NGAV solutions.
• Knowledge of API service integration and Identity Threat Protection.
• Experience with customer Change Management.
