What you will do

• Manage and direct a team of client service partners and sales professionals across multiple districts.
• Create and execute growth and retention strategies to achieve business and profit goals.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and current clients to gain business insights.
• Drive a client-first mentality and foster collaboration within the team.
• Hire, coach, and mentor sales and service talent, including field-based support.
• Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of successful accounts management experience, preferably in legal information or government affairs.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience in customer success or sales.
• Proven experience with the full customer lifecycle and strategic selling methodologies.
• Ability to write comprehensive business plans.
• Ability to travel out of town on a frequent basis.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or equivalent experience.
