What you will do
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of paid search campaigns, including strategic planning, launch, and operational management.
- Lead and mentor a team of paid search marketers, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development.
- Manage daily budget tracking and implement bid rule strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Partner with clients to strategize and present new optimization or testing opportunities.
- Analyze campaign results using reporting tools and present findings in weekly client calls.
- Collaborate with other channel leaders to ensure integrated marketing strategies and maximize broader campaign impact.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Paid Search roles with a proven track record of managing budgets of $1 million or more.
- 2-3 years of team management experience is preferred.
- Google Ads Search Certification is required.
- Experience managing campaign types beyond Paid Search, including PMAX.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Nice to have
- Additional certifications in Google Display, Video, App, and/or Shopping.
- Experience with Demand Gen and other advanced campaign types.
