What you will do

• Analyze and streamline manufacturing workflows to reduce cycle time and minimize waste.
• Monitor and adjust production schedules to align with customer orders and delivery timelines.
• Supervise production planning and audit adherence during 24/7 operations.
• Lead Kaizen events and root cause analysis for process deviations.
• Track KPIs such as OEE and order fulfillment metrics to identify trends and corrective actions.
• Manage direct reports and provide performance feedback to support professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in operations, production control, scheduling, or process optimization.
• Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and production reporting tools.
• Must be able to work onsite in Lexington, SC.

Nice to have

• Experience in cable manufacturing or high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a 24/7 operation.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
