What you will do

• Act as the knowledge expert for client specifications within print operations.
• Liaise with Production and Client Services to resolve print-related issues and ensure SLA compliance.
• Inspect and verify printed media, materials, and postage through the sign-off process.
• Ensure all special handling processes are followed according to instructions.
• Reconcile and close jobs accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide training for new associates and support cross-training initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a Print/Production environment.
• Must be able to work on-site in Edgewood, NY.
• Must be flexible to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to spend 8 hours walking on their feet.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish.
• High school degree or equivalent.
