What you will do

• Execute end-to-end recruitment from requisition intake to offer stage.
• Screen candidates and conduct structured interviews to build high-quality shortlists.
• Manage multiple requisitions in parallel while adhering to strict SLAs.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for intake meetings and selection processes.
• Perform direct sourcing via LinkedIn, ATS, and other approved channels.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation in the ATS to ensure data compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in in-house, SSC, or RPO talent attraction.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in German is required.
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems and SLA-driven environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
