TV, Video, Audio, & Display Senior Strategist (TVAD): Lead full-funnel TV, video, audio, and display strategy and day-to-day performance to unlock growth with an accent on incrementality/lift measurement, frequency/overlap and quality control, and integrated cross-channel planning. Focus on designing valid TVAD tests, translating complex audience/data and verification signals into decisions, and presenting executive-ready narratives that drive measurable outcomes.

What you will do
- Translate executive business goals into a growth-focused TVAD plan across CTV/OTT, online video, digital audio/podcasts, linear, and programmatic display.
- Connect TVAD to Search, Social, Commerce/Retail Media, CRM, and Creative to deliver integrated business impact and reusable playbooks.
- Orchestrate optimization at scale across partners/DSPs, including pacing, frequency/overlap control, quality filters, brand safety, and verification/IVT.
- Use Bliss Point insights (Forecasting, Always-On Incrementality, Brand/Creative/Customer Insights) to guide budgets, innovations, and safe pilots that scale.
- Design and run high-impact measurement approaches (geo/lift or holdout preferred; otherwise powered A/B or time-series) with clear success thresholds and read cadence.
- Mentor senior teammates, handle novel/complex issues with autonomy, and communicate executive-ready updates (QBRs/steercos).
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the USA (Remote)
- 7+ years managing TV/video/audio/display at scale with end-to-end ownership, or 5–7 years in analytical roles with strong media analytics exposure.
- Hands-on experience with DSPs/ad platforms and ad-server workflows (trafficking, tags/pixels, creative rotations) plus verification/IVT/viewability and audience/data usage.
- Experience with incrementality/lift testing and forecasting; ability to connect media to revenue, CAC, LTV, and incremental reach/attention.
- Executive-ready storytelling and confident leading of client meetings; strong partner collaboration (Econometrics, Media Investment, Creative, Client Leadership).
- BA/BS required (MBA and platform/verification certifications are a plus).

Salary: $100,000-$120,000
