What you will do

• Build customer-facing agentic AI on AWS Bedrock utilizing multi-agent collaboration patterns.
• Implement domain-specific chat agents, chatbot automation, and Agent WorkSpace AI features.
• Configure Amazon Bedrock Agents, Action Groups, Knowledge Base integrations, and Guardrails.
• Develop Lambda fulfillment patterns using OpenAPI tool specifications.
• Apply production-scale prompt engineering, including versioning and A/B testing.
• Contribute to architectural decisions presented to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience with customer-facing AI/LLM systems in production.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
• Proficiency in TypeScript (primary) and Python (secondary).
• Working knowledge of vector databases such as OpenSearch Serverless or Pinecone.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
• Integration experience with Amazon Agent Assist or Agent WorkSpace.
• Experience with voice agents like Nova Sonic or other voice LLMs.
• Production experience with Anthropic Claude on Bedrock (Sonnet 4 or later).
• RAG implementation expertise, including chunking strategy and retrieval evaluation.
