What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Field Finance and Deal Desk system projects, from demand tickets to implementation.
• Develop and refine Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), test case scenarios, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with Legal, Accounting, and Operations to translate business needs into technical requirements for IT.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of key platforms including Ironclad CLM, Salesforce CPQ, and Docusign eSignature.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, policies, and the internal Deal Desk Library.
• Identify and deploy new AI solutions to enhance operational productivity across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, or Systems deployments.
• 3+ years of experience in a management or project leadership capacity.
• Expertise with Ironclad, CLM, Salesforce CPQ, and Docusign eSignature.
• Strong ability to write clear BRDs and develop thorough UAT plans.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Menlo Park or Dublin, CA.
