What you will do

• Provide day-to-day operational support for program activities, including communications and documentation.
• Navigate established workflows and policies to ensure consistent and compliant program delivery.
• Review project documentation and deliverables to ensure accuracy.
• Enter, modify, and track data via multiple web-based applications.
• Perform intermediate level calculations and analysis in Microsoft Excel.
• Create monthly and ad-hoc reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must reside in Iowa or Illinois
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• 3-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong writing, reporting, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
