What you will do

  • Configure and troubleshoot domain names and associated web products.
  • Achieve productivity, quality, and sales targets including average handle time and schedule adherence.
  • Utilize proprietary database, web, and telephony tools to manage customer requests.
  • Report technical faults to helpdesk or supervisors promptly.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to review call monitoring feedback and improve performance.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, or Sales.
  • Must be able to work a permanent graveyard schedule.
  • Knowledge of web hosting is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for voice-based support.
