What you will do
- Configure and troubleshoot domain names and associated web products.
- Achieve productivity, quality, and sales targets including average handle time and schedule adherence.
- Utilize proprietary database, web, and telephony tools to manage customer requests.
- Report technical faults to helpdesk or supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with supervisors to review call monitoring feedback and improve performance.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information.
Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, or Sales.
- Must be able to work a permanent graveyard schedule.
- Knowledge of web hosting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills for voice-based support.
