What you will do

• Own the supply and demand data strategy and BI roadmap to support marketplace growth.
• Build and maintain models to analyze supply-side performance, listing health, and churn.
• Identify imbalances between supply and demand across geographies and product types.
• Deliver regular performance reporting and translate complex data into actionable business narratives.
• Develop dashboards in Tableau and self-serve tools to empower non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive automation of routine reporting and leverage AI tooling to improve data literacy.

Requirements

• Solid experience in an analytical role, ideally within a marketplace or two-sided business model.
• Strong understanding of demand and supply dynamics and their interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to own an analytical domain end-to-end from strategy to delivery.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI or visualization tool.
• Experience building dashboards and self-serve reporting for non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and translating complex analysis into clear narratives.
