Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Mississauga, Canada (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling and professional product demonstrations.
- Provide email and telephone-based pre-sales technical support for software products.
- Present solution architecture and technical aspects to customer decision-makers.
- Install and configure enterprise software solutions during Proof of Concept (POC) engagements.
- Collaborate with internal product development teams to resolve issues and influence product roadmaps.
- Educate clients on how solutions address specific business and technical outcomes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise mobility, MDM, or SaaS environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (DNS, Firewalls, IP networks).
- Experience with identity management systems (SSO, IAM, SAML, LDAP, Active Directory).
- Understanding of database systems (MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and encryption methodologies.
- Proven ability to work in a technical customer-facing or pre-sales role.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical programs to stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar cloud computing certification.
- Android Enterprise Professional certification.
- Experience with REST APIs and scripting (Java, HTML).
- Formal sales training (Value Selling, SPIN, Miller Heiman).
