TL;DR

Sales Engineer (Enterprise): Driving revenue and customer success for enterprise mobility solutions with an accent on technical pre-sales, solution architecture, and consultative selling. Focus on demonstrating product value, managing POCs, and bridging the gap between customer business needs and technical product capabilities.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Mississauga, Canada (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling and professional product demonstrations.
  • Provide email and telephone-based pre-sales technical support for software products.
  • Present solution architecture and technical aspects to customer decision-makers.
  • Install and configure enterprise software solutions during Proof of Concept (POC) engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal product development teams to resolve issues and influence product roadmaps.
  • Educate clients on how hirify.global solutions address specific business and technical outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise mobility, MDM, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong knowledge of networking principles (DNS, Firewalls, IP networks).
  • Experience with identity management systems (SSO, IAM, SAML, LDAP, Active Directory).
  • Understanding of database systems (MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and encryption methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work in a technical customer-facing or pre-sales role.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical programs to stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar cloud computing certification.
  • Android Enterprise Professional certification.
  • Experience with REST APIs and scripting (Java, HTML).
  • Formal sales training (Value Selling, SPIN, Miller Heiman).
