What you will do

• Define and drive the architecture roadmap, focusing on resilience, AI integration, and platform evolution.
• Act as a hands-on contributor, owning specific architectural domains and driving them through to production.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to align technical decisions with business goals.
• Build and lead a high-performing architecture team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and shared practices.
• Communicate architectural vision effectively to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, particularly in AI and machine learning infrastructure, for platform integration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on software architecture experience in product-based engineering environments.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, high-performance, cloud-native platforms.
• Deep expertise in microservices, distributed systems, and high-volume data pipelines.
• Meaningful exposure to AI and Machine Learning within the last two years.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS companies with a strong understanding of scaling under constraints.
• Must be based in Lausanne or genuinely committed to relocating to Switzerland.
