Business Strategist, Vice President (Wealth Management): Developing and managing business development and practice management programs for the Client Solutions Group with an accent on professional development and training for financial advisors. Location: New York, NY. Must be U.S. based.
Salary: USD 125,000 - 290,000

What you will do
- Develop, refine, and manage a suite of practice management, team development, and sales development programs for financial advisors and institutional clients.
- Collaborate with the Business Strategy Team to implement programs across US, EMEA, and Asia regions.
- Coordinate with internal and external sales and service teams to source new business and ensure the timely completion of deliverables.
- Conduct training and coaching programs for intermediary clients to help them grow their business and enhance professional skills.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of wealth management industry experience, particularly with financial advisors and institutions (Independent firms, Bank/Trust, RIA, Broker-Dealer).
- Strong interpersonal and business analysis skills.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing professional development and training programs.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% throughout the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience as a financial advisor, or internal/external sales professional.
- Experience as an Executive Coach or direct coaching experience with financial professionals.
- Industry-recognized designations such as CFA, CFP, CIMA, or ICF Coach.
