TL;DR
Director, AI Enablement & Advancement (AI): Designing and executing a company-wide AI fluency framework and rebuilding manual workflows to be AI-native with an accent on agentic AI and organizational transformation. Focus on eliminating operational latency, designing scalable learning experiences, and rearchitecting high-volume business processes.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)
Salary: $180,000–$225,000

What you will do
- Design and own a company-wide AI fluency progression framework with role-anchored benchmarks for all business levels.
- Build and deliver advanced learning experiences and workshops focused on agentic AI, automation design, and multi-step workflows.
- Partner with functional leaders to identify role-specific AI use cases and implement targeted enablement programs.
- Audit and redesign high-volume, high-friction manual workflows to make them fundamentally AI-native.
- Support the People Leadership Team in reducing operational latency across Talent Acquisition, L&D, and People Operations.
- Transform traditional performance and development programs into AI-assisted continuous coaching systems.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise change management, workforce transformation, organizational development, or digital enablement.
- Proven track record of scaling technical depth from basic tool usage to advanced AI workflows, agents, and automations.
- Strong functional understanding of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and agentic workflows.
- Hands-on experience leading end-to-end process discovery and redesign for high-volume manual workflows.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to executive leadership.
- Eligible for US-based employment (required for 401k and US healthcare benefits).
