What you will do

• Assist with corporate governance, client onboarding, and maintaining internal systems.
• Manage company secretarial tasks for companies, trusts, and limited partnerships.
• Prepare agendas, distribute board packs, and draft minutes for routine matters.
• Maintain accurate records for all administered entities, including shareholder details.
• Handle incorporations, dissolutions, and annual filings with local registries.
• Liaise with external parties including notary offices, tax authorities, and banks.

Requirements

• Must be based in St Helier
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Computer literacy and high attention to detail.
• Ability to take initiative and work with a flexible, practical approach.
• Interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and colleagues.
