What you will do

• Own the end-to-end policy lifecycle, including drafting, editing, and maintaining a version-controlled policy library.
• Standardize language, structure, and formatting across the firm's policy suite to ensure consistency.
• Manage document review schedules and provide regular progress updates to management.
• Implement automation and AI tools to improve the efficiency and scalability of policy management.
• Contribute to core compliance activities, including Code of Ethics monitoring and risk assessments.
• Collaborate effectively with the London and global compliance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrable experience in a policy, compliance, governance, or regulatory writing role within financial services.
• Exceptional written English with strong editorial and proofreading skills.
• Working knowledge of core compliance concepts such as regulatory monitoring and risk assessment.
• Experience managing a policy library or document management system.
• Strong organizational discipline and ability to work in a structured, methodical manner.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-powered writing tools or workflow automation platforms like Microsoft Copilot or Power Automate.
• Experience working within a global compliance team across multiple jurisdictions.
• Project management skills and experience with document management platforms.
• Familiarity with the multi-manager or alternative investment management model.
