What you will do

• Translate complex data into actionable insights to guide strategy and optimize organizational performance.
• Lead the design and implementation of analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
• Drive standardization of performance measurement frameworks across the scientific department.
• Support the development and execution of scientific strategies to enable long-term value creation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, informing investment decisions and priorities.
• Lead complex, cross-functional growth initiatives and facilitate alignment across a matrixed organization.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a science-related field.
• 10+ years of experience in scientific or technical roles within the clinical trials or life sciences industry.
• Advanced analytical reasoning and data interpretation skills.
• Proven experience developing, launching, and measuring the success of strategic initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
